Karen is truly passionate about wellness and living an active healthy lifestyle. She enjoys helping others find their fun to stay disciplined and active. She is a certified kundalini yoga and meditation teacher since 2018, offers sound bath alchemy and hosts international spiritual yoga retreats.


Karen enjoys lifting weights and group workouts, has completed 3 triathlons and always looking for exciting ways to connect with her breath and body through movement.
