Total body functional training at its finest! Each class will consist of a 6-10 station circuit utilizing different pieces of equipment. The circuits are specifically designed to help you build strength, increase endurance, improve speed and agility all while challenging your core and balance in a whole new way.

FULL BODY BLAST
The focus of this intense class is on cardio-respiratory endurance and full-body strength. The class utilizes the entire club to give members a workout that engages the mind and the body. The workouts are diverse; using body weight exercises and equipment like the TRX, Bosu, Kettle Bell, Resistance Band and Speed Ladder.
Wednesdays at Noon
Utilizing different pieces of cardio equipment and stair climbing, our trainers will vary the intensity and speed. In addition, you get a full body workout with varied equipment. These classes are designed around heart rate training to condition the heart for endurance. Through out the class individuals will be challenged to push themselves. Be prepared to sweat!!!
